1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the playtie online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content made available through the playtie website and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply to all users of the playtie Platform, including registered members, guests browsing the site, and any person who accesses any part of the Platform. playtie reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the playtie Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

playtie reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of the age requirement will be suspended immediately and any funds held in such accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of playtie services, you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one account on the playtie Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change. playtie may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain features.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your playtie login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. playtie will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the playtie Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). playtie supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Deposits are generally credited to your playtie account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. playtie is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to processing times that vary by payment method.

playtie reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction and may request supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal. Funds deposited into your playtie account must be used for gaming purposes and may not be used as a banking or money transfer facility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

playtie offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published alongside each promotion. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are intended for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• playtie reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse or exploit bonus offers will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

In the event of any dispute regarding a bonus, the decision of playtie shall be final. playtie reserves the right to request additional verification before crediting or releasing bonus funds.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the playtie Platform operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time dealing by professional dealers. Game outcomes are determined independently of any player action or playtie intervention.

By participating in any game on the playtie Platform, you agree to abide by the specific rules applicable to that game. In the event of a technical malfunction or error during a game session, playtie reserves the right to void the affected round and return any wagers placed. playtie's decision in such matters is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the playtie Platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or playtie staff.
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your account.

playtie reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these prohibitions and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the playtie Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and design elements, is the property of playtie or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the playtie Platform without the prior written consent of playtie.

9. Privacy & Data

playtie collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. playtie implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information.

10. Responsible Gaming

playt ie's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your playtie account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Amendments

playtie reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, playtie will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where appropriate, notifying registered members by email. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the playtie Platform and may request the closure of your account.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

playtie operates in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
